Intro to Ayurveda

Wisdom of the System
June 29th 2-4 pm with
Evie O'Connor & Olivia Westernman
Join Evie O’Connor, Yoga teacher and Holistic mental health practitioner and Olivia Westernman, a visiting practitioner from Boulder, Colorado who specializes in Energetic Clearing, for a workshop designed to re-awaken the innate wisdom systems within the body. A combination of mental programming, trauma and belief systems learned through the life-course tend to shut down the wisdom of the body. As these systems becomes more contracted, the inherent intelligence and intuition of the body becomes blocked. In this workshop, Evie and Olivia will teach about how to locate the beliefs, emotions and experiences that keep us stuck in limiting cycles. Each participant will have the opportunity to identify what is blocking them from their truth and receive support on how to release it. This workshop is for women who are ready to do the work to clear their systems to unlock their highest potential. Each workshop is limited to 11 participants. $60 per person.

Restore & Reclaim Your Energy
Sunday May 19th 1-3 pm with
Indulge in this 2 hour restorative workshop. It will begin with gentle therapeutic movement & focused breathe work to open up the energy lines of the body. Then you will be guided through a yoga nidra meditation as your body melts into the support of bolsters and blankets. In this relaxed state your body is able to recalibrate and heal. Ieva will be offering thai yoga massage assists to release stagnant energy and stimulate movement in the energetic body.

Walking the Path
December 15th 2-4 pm with Evie O'Connor
This workshop will synthesize Buddhist psychology with the movement practice of yoga to offer a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be on a spiritual path. Buddhist teachings about befriending resistance and accepting obstacles as teachers will be offered alongside asana and somatic meditation. Limited to 15 people.
Deep Healing: Restorative Sound Bath
December 16th 2-4 pm with Ieva Aldins & Joanna Roache
Luxuriate in 2 hours of Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Healing with Ieva Aldins and Joanna Roche. A full Yoga Nidra Meditation will bring you deep into your parasympathetic nervous system allowing you to fully receive the healing vibrations of Joanna’s singing bowls. Sound therapy brings deep relaxation to the body and mind as they are placed on specific chakra points and gently played. The vibrations release into the body taking brain waves from alpha to a delta. In this deeply relaxed state, muscles relax and your consciousness changes to that of a meditative state. Treat yourself to this nourishing practice— you deserve it!
New Year's Day Workshop
January 1st 11am-1 pm with Evie O'Connor
This workshop will utilize movement, somatic meditation, group and personal reflection to move into the new year with loving kindness and compassion for self and other. Special attention will be paid to understanding patterns of resistance and self-sabotage on the path of healing and self-discovery. Please bring a journal and a pen.
